Use this form for litters not already in the database or
to update records on litters already in the database.
Use this form ONLY for actual births with puppies "on the ground." Do NOT use this form for hypothetical breedings or expected litters (even if confirmed by x-ray or ultrasound).
A Few Important Notes
Please feel free to complete this form even if you do not yet have the registration numbers or know what the puppies registered names will be. The names and numbers can be updated when they become available.
Make sure you have a full screen view of this webpage. This will properly align all the columns in the sire, dam, and puppy information sections, and make the data entry much easier.
Include any titles in the name field.
Use the puppy's registered name if known. If not known or if the puppy will not be registered, use the kennel or breeder's name followed by the pet or call name in quotation marks, or just specify "male puppy 1," "female puppy 2," etc.
Breeder and owner names do not show up on this website. However, I do keep this data in my pedigree database and may at some point in the future put some of this information on the website and/or in a printed stud book.
